Diplomatic Duty Free is privilege offered by ATU Duty Free to the employees of foreign missions in Turkey to purchase duty free products at advantageous prices .
Who can shop from diplomatic duty free?
Diplomats, consuls, attachés, secretaries, soldiers and other officials of diplomatic and consular missions, honorary consulates (via embassy), accredited missions and other international diplomatic organizations based in Turkey can shop from diplomatic duty free.
What can I shop at ATU Duty Free Diplomatic Store?
You can shop perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco, alcohol, chocolates, sweets and accessories from selected international brands.
How can I shop from ATU Duty Free Diplomatic Store ?
You can select the products you would like to pre-order at http://diplomatikankara.atu.com.tr . Login with your username and password to create a list of products to pre-order. You can also place your order by looking at and testing the products you would like to buy at Ankara Esenboga Airport’s Arrival Store with our expert sales consultants suggestions.
Which currencies can I pay with?
You can make your payments Turkish Lira, US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Australian Dollar, Danish Krone, Swedish Krone, Norwegian Krone, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, Canadian Dollar, Saudi Arabian Riyal or by credit card. Missions outside Ankara (Consulates) can make bank transfer (Euro and Turkish Lira).
What are the purchase allowances?
Purchase allowances are determined by Ministry of Foreign Affair’s Protocol Directorate General therefore we do not have detailed information.
